Lemony Apple-Bran Salad

Ingredients

Add plain, lowfat yogurt to shopping list 1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt

Add sugar to shopping list 1 teaspoon sugar

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Add chopped parsley to shopping list 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add chopped, cored red apples to shopping list 2 cups chopped, cored red apples

Add thinly sliced celery to shopping list 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

Add halved, green grapes or 1/4 cup raisins to shopping list 1/2 cup halved, green grapes or 1/4 cup raisins

Add Kelloggs's All-Bran cereal to shopping list 1/2 cup Kelloggs's All-Bran cereal

Directions:

1. In medium-size bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, parsley and salt. Stir in apples, celery and grapes or raisins. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Just before serving, stir in Kellogg's All-Bran cereal. Serve on lettuce if desired.
