check sweet onion, cut into rings 1/4 cup sweet onion, cut into rings

check Thousand Island dressing 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing

5 slices cooked corned beef or deli sliced corned beef

check Swiss cheese 2 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:

Cover toasted rye with sauerkraut, onion, Thousand Island dressing, meat and cheese. Place under broiler for just enough time to melt the cheese and serve immediately.
