Ingredients

check ground beef 2 1/2 pounds ground beef

check small onions, chopped 2 small onions, chopped

check large green pepper, chopped 1 large green pepper, chopped

1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed tomato soup, undiluted

check chili sauce 1 cup chili sauce

check vinegar 1 Tablespoon vinegar

check prepared mustard 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

check granulated sugar 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

check salt 1/4 teaspoon salt

check black pepper 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

check hamburger buns 10 hamburger buns

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a Dutch oven, brown beef and onions; drain.

Stir in the green pepper, tomato soup, chili sauce, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

Bake, uncovered for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
