check red potatoes, quartered 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered

check extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

check garlic, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced

check salt 1/8 teaspoon salt

check rosemary 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

check thyme 1/2 teaspoon thyme

check pepper 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag and toss to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan and bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
