check Cumin 1 teaspoon Cumin

check Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

check Allspice 1 teaspoon Allspice

check Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

check light brown sugar 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Directions:

To use, sprinkle on shrimp to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight, to blend flavors. Prepare shrimp as desired. This may also be used for chicken.
