Ingredients

check (8 oz) uncooked angel hair pasta 1 pkg (8 oz) uncooked angel hair pasta

check olive oil 6 Tablespoons olive oil

check (3 oz ea) cream cheese, cubed 2 pkgs (3 oz ea) cream cheese, cubed

check garlic, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced

check fresh basil leaves 16 fresh basil leaves

check plum tomatoes, chopped 2 plum tomatoes, chopped

check shredded mozzarella cheese 3 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

check grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.

For pesto, combine the oil, cream cheese, garlic and basil in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Drain the pasta and place in a serving bowl. Top with tomatoes and pesto; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
