Ingredients

check tomato based vegetable juice 1 1/2 cups tomato based vegetable juice

check tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 pound tomatoes, seeded and diced

1 can (15 ounce) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

check (1 cup) corn, fresh or frozen 2 ears (1 cup) corn, fresh or frozen

check medium green pepper, diced 1 medium green pepper, diced

check small cucumber, diced 1 small cucumber, diced

check prepared salsa 1/2 cup prepared salsa

1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

check green onions, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

check fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

check garlic, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced

check granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

check black pepper 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

check Tortilla chips Tortilla chips

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
