Homemade Horseradish Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

6 tablespoons white wine vinegar or white vinegar

check water 8 teaspoons water

check sugar 2 tablespoons sugar

1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

check white pepper 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

check horseradish root, finely shredded 1 cup horseradish root, finely shredded

Directions:

In a bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, jalapeno pepper and white pepper. Mix well. Stir in the horseradish.

Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
