Ingredients

check ground beef 1 lb. ground beef

check (14 oz.) beef broth 1 can (14 oz.) beef broth

1 pkg. frozen pasta with broccoli, corn and carrots in garlic sauce

check (14 oz.) diced tomatoes 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes

check tomato juice 1-1/2 cups tomato juice

check dried Italian seasoning, crushed 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed

check grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a large Dutch oven, cook ground beef until brown. Stir in beef broth, pasta with vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning.

Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
