Ingredients

5 cups Chinese or Napa cabbage, thinly sliced

check medium carrots, shredded 3 medium carrots, shredded

check green onions, thinly sliced 2 green onions, thinly sliced

check cilantro, fresh and minced 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh and minced

check cider vinegar 1/3 cup cider vinegar

check canola oil 1 tablespoon canola oil

check sesame oil 1 tablespoon sesame oil

check sugar 1 teaspoon sugar

check salt 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
