Ingredients

check (48 ounces) chicken broth 6 cups (48 ounces) chicken broth

check carrots, sliced diagonally 1/2 cup carrots, sliced diagonally

check onion, diced 1/2 cup onion, diced

check celery, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped

check pepper 1/8 teaspoon pepper

check salt 1/8 teaspoon salt

check uncooked whole wheat egg noodles 1 cup uncooked whole wheat egg noodles

check cooked chicken, cubed or shredded 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

Directions:

In large pot mix broth, carrots, onion, celery, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in noodles.

Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often until noodles are tender. Add chicken and heat through.
