Ingredients

Add whole milk ricotta cheese to shopping list 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese

Add sugar to shopping list 2 tablespoons sugar

Add honey to shopping list 1 tablespoon honey

Add grated lemon zest to shopping list 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Add strawberries or raspberries to shopping list 1 pint strawberries or raspberries

Add pre-baked pie shell to shopping list 1 pre-baked pie shell

Directions:

In a food processor or blender beat the ricotta, sugar, honey and lemon zest until smooth. Clean berries and fill the pastry shell with the ricotta cheese mixture and top with the berries. Serve at once.
