No Bake Ricotta Tart

Ingredients

check whole milk ricotta cheese 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese

check sugar 2 tablespoons sugar

check honey 1 tablespoon honey

check grated lemon zest 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

check strawberries or raspberries 1 pint strawberries or raspberries

check pre-baked pie shell 1 pre-baked pie shell

Directions:

In a food processor or blender beat the ricotta, sugar, honey and lemon zest until smooth. Clean berries and fill the pastry shell with the ricotta cheese mixture and top with the berries. Serve at once.
