Pizza Chicken Italiano

Ingredients

Add whole chicken breasts (split, boned, skinned ) to shopping list 2 whole chicken breasts (split, boned, skinned )

Add (15-oz.) Del Monte Tomato Sauce to shopping list 1 can (15-oz.) Del Monte Tomato Sauce

Add oregano to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoons oregano

Add chopped parsley to shopping list 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Add garlic salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Add onion powder to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Add sugar to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Add (2-1/4-oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained to shopping list 1 can (2-1/4-oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained

Add Mozzarella cheese to shopping list 4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish.

Combine tomato sauce, oregano, chopped parsley, garlic salt, onion powder and sugar. Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 425 F. for 15 minutes.

Top with olives and Mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
