Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts (split, boned, skinned )

check (15-oz.) Del Monte Tomato Sauce 1 can (15-oz.) Del Monte Tomato Sauce

check oregano 1-1/2 teaspoons oregano

check chopped parsley 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

check garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

check onion powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

check sugar 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 can (2-1/4-oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained

check Mozzarella cheese 4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish.

Combine tomato sauce, oregano, chopped parsley, garlic salt, onion powder and sugar. Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 425 F. for 15 minutes.

Top with olives and Mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
